Kapas Living shipping and returns

Order processing:

We typically pack your order the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!

Store pickup:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9.30am. Please whatsapp us with your order number prior to coming so we can ensure the parcel is ready for you.

Delivery time frames:

West Malaysia: Shipping takes between 1-3 business days with 85% of our parcels reaching our customers in 1 day.

East Malaysia and Singapore: Typical delivery time is 3-7 days.

Other ASEAN countries: Typically takes between 7-14 days. Please contact us for a more accurate quote/ timeline.

Others: This varies from country to country and may take up to 1 month. Please contact us for a better quote / timeline.

Shipping rates:

West Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM150. RM7.50 for orders below.

East Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM300. RM13 for orders below.

Singapore: Free shipping for orders above S$50. S$7.50 for orders below.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery.

International shipping:

We offer international shipping upon request. Please contact us for a custom rate.

Refunds, returns and exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@kapasliving.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
