The concept of being able to adjust the height of the pillow is very useful. Pillow itself is very comfortable. However, it would be very helpful if a flap is sewn inside of pillow where the zipper is, so that microfibres doesnt stuck to the zippers.

10 pillows over a span of at least 4 years, I discovered the ads for your products in one of the socmeds. The quest for that perfect pillow for my husband has been somewhat of a challenge. He is picky about his pillows. I bought the alternative down pillow (2 pieces) and they were promptly delivered within the next few days. So here's my rating:
