Shipping policy

We aim to ship out the products the next business day. We use a variety of logistic providers and it may differ according to region. 

The order(s) should reach you within 3 working days for West Malaysia and it usually takes 1 business day post dispatch for Klang Valley residents, although it depends on the courier’s service.

For Singapore, it should reach you within 3-5 working days.

For East Malaysia residents, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
