Shipping and returns
Order processing:
Orders placed before 9am on a business day are typically shipped the same day. We ship Singapore orders from Loyang, Singapore to ensure no custom delays.
Orders placed after 9am, on Sundays, or on public holidays are typically shipped the next business day. You will receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
Store pickup:
Store pickup from Tampines 1 is coming soon in mid-July 2026. Until then, please use delivery at checkout.
Delivery time frames:
Singapore orders placed before 9am are eligible for same-day dispatch where stock and courier capacity allow. Otherwise, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch since we ship from Loyang, Singapore. You will receive an email once your order is on the way.
Shipping rates:
Singapore: Free shipping with no minimum spend for Singapore orders.
Refunds, returns and exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 30 days under our returns policy. Please email us at hello@kapasliving.sg and we will help you from there.
