Yes! Our pillowcases feature extra-deep 20cm pockets designed to keep your pillows completely snug without slipping out, accommodating even the fluffiest modern pillows.
TENCEL™ cases should be hand washed or machine washed on a gentle or delicate mode in cold water (30°C or below) with like colours. Ideally, they should be placed in a netting bag and washed for less than 40 minutes.
Use only a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners and chlorine bleach.
It is recommended you line-dry your cases in a shady area.
We highly recommend line drying. Although not ideal, you can also tumble dry TENCEL™ using a very low heat and delicate setting to prevent shrinkage. Remove immediately before the cycle ends and shake out the creases.
Replace cases when they show obvious signs of ageing. Pillowcases often require more frequent replacement than fitted sheets due to face oils and skincare products.
To extend the life of your items, store them out of sunlight in a cool, dry area. Avoid plastic containers which promote yellowing and mildew.
TENCEL™ Reserve is naturally anti-wrinkle and resists creasing much better than standard cotton! To minimise wrinkles, please remove them immediately from the washing machine or dryer and lay them flat or hang dry.
Our Reserve line is engineered with an ultra-luxurious 500 Thread Count compared to the standard 300 Thread Count. This gives it a slightly thicker, richer, and noticeably silkier drape while retaining all the cooling, moisture-wicking properties you love. It also utilizes LF100 technology for maximum pilling resistance.
